Siding, paint, gutters, trim. One crew. One contract.
Hail belt to freeze-thaw, on one PM and one workmanship warranty. We won't push a full-tear-off when a paint refresh holds. Free walk-through. Itemized scope back in 24 hours.
One project manager owns the whole envelope. Pick the scope your home needs, or roll the full elevation into a single phase — the trades run in parallel zones so the schedule does not stretch.

Siding & Fascia
Re-side, repair, and rebuild the wall.
Scope
Full re-sides and elevation-only swaps. Fascia and soffit cut back to sound wood, never painted over. Damaged sheathing replaced underneath. Insurance line-of-sight + Ohio OAC 3901-1-54(I) used to push partial-elevation patches to full elevations when the carrier owes one.
Two states, two storm calendars, one in-house crew.
Texas hail and hurricane wind versus Ohio freeze-thaw and ice-damming. The damage modes do not overlap, the materials do not overlap, the crews do not travel. File early — before the contractor backlog builds and before the carrier’s claim window narrows.
When the storm caused it, the exterior rides the roof claim.
Most adjusters write the scope from the front elevation. Hail-pocked back-side siding, dented gutter sections, fractured stucco at the parapet, broken window seals, and hail-bruised paint on south-facing trim are routinely missed on the first walk. We document every elevation, build the supplement under the same claim number, and meet the adjuster on-site for the re-inspection.
One claim, one deductible — siding, gutters, paint, trim, and window-screen damage from the same hail event ride the same claim number as the roof. No new deductible per trade.
Matching law where it applies — Texas leans on the like-kind-and-quality language in HO-3 policies. Ohio has one of the strongest matching rules in the country and routinely drives full-elevation replacements.
What we will not do — act as your public adjuster (Texas law prohibits roofing contractors from doing that) or rebate your deductible (it is illegal). Any contractor who offers either is a red flag.
What homeowners say
Google rated. 4.9 average.
Nov 2025
“RA Contracting replaced our entire roof in just two days, and the crew left our yard cleaner than they found it. The project manager kept us updated every step of the way with photos and progress reports. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism.”
Sep 2025
“The spring hailstorm did a number on our roof, but RA Contracting made the insurance claim process completely painless. They documented every bit of damage with drone photography and handled everything directly with our adjuster. Top-notch service from start to finish.”
Jul 2025
“We interviewed four roofing companies and RA Contracting was the only one that brought a drone to the initial inspection. Their quote was transparent, competitive, and they used Owens Corning Duration shingles—exactly what we wanted. The new roof looks absolutely stunning.”
Yes — that is the model. Siding, fascia, trim, gutters, paint, stucco, windows, and the roof if it is in scope, all on one contract with one project manager. Most homeowners come to us after collecting four separate quotes from four separate trades that do not line up on schedule, scope, or warranty; we replace that with one.
What if not all the damage is covered by insurance?+
After the walk-through we tell you which line items we think are claim-eligible and which are not. Storm-caused damage to siding, gutters, paint, and trim often rides the same claim as the roof — but cosmetic refreshes, age-related wear, and homeowner-modification scope do not. You see the split before any work begins, with one number for claim-funded scope and another for owner-funded scope.
How long does a full exterior remodel take?+
On a typical Texas single-family home with no major rot remediation, a full exterior — siding, paint, gutters, trim — runs three to five weeks from material drop to final walk. Adding a roof keeps it in the same window because we sequence the trades in parallel zones. A rebuild after major hail can run six to eight weeks; we give you a date in writing before we start.
What is the warranty on the work?+
Manufacturer warranty on materials (typically 25–30 years on shingles, 30+ years on James Hardie, lifetime on most premium siding lines), plus RA Contracting's 25-year workmanship warranty on labor. One contract, one warranty, one phone call when you need a callback.
Do I have to live somewhere else during the project?+
No. Almost every exterior remodel is done with the family in the home. We protect landscaping, sequence noisy work into the middle of the day, and clean the site every evening. The only exception is full window-replacement weeks where rooms are temporarily exposed during install — and even then it is a few hours per opening.
You work in both Texas and Ohio — is the same crew traveling?+
No. Texas is run by Texas crews; Ohio is run by Ohio crews. Same standards, same training, same project-management software. Both states are registered locally.

Walk the full envelope with the lead who would build it.
Free walk-through. We walk the full envelope, tell you what we find, and lay out what a claim could cover before any work begins. Most quotes back in 24 hours. We won't push a full strip when a paint refresh holds.
