More on the program pages — Interior and Exterior.

Pick a starting point

The split is simple. Inside the wall, or outside.

Outside the wall is the exterior program — siding, windows, paint, stucco, rotted wood. Inside the wall is the interior program — cabinetry, trim, flooring, drywall, paint. Same PM, same warranty, same craft on every joint. Pick one program, both, or one scoped project.

The shop standard

Four standards on every joint we put our name on.

These hold inside and outside the wall. They are why the cabinet still closes square in year five — and why our remodel bid comes in above the value-builder.

  1. STD · 01

    Plywood — never particle.

Every cabinet box is shop-built from cabinet-grade plywood. Particleboard swells in Texas humidity, sags under load, strips screws. We do not spec it — not as a cost-save, not as a shortcut.

Plywood box, on every job, every time.

  2. STD · 02

    Six-sided finish, in-home acclimation.

Sealer or paint on every face of every panel — back, inside, all of it. Then 5–7 days of in-home acclimation before install so the wood stabilizes to the room before the carpenter hangs it.

5–7 days in the room before install.

  3. STD · 03

    In-house carpenter, start to finish.

The carpenter who measures the room is the one who mills the cabinet and hangs it. No shop-blind sub three states away. 15+ years of craft on the same bench that finishes your job.

Same hands measure, mill, and hang.

  4. STD · 04

One PM, one warranty, one phone number.

Same project manager from demo through punch list. Workmanship warranty in writing. Year-one callbacks go straight to the PM who closed the job — not a voicemail carousel.

Year-one callbacks call the same PM.

Same job.

Four-quote model
What most homeowners get
  • Four trade quotes that do not line up
  • Sales rep hands you off the day you sign
  • Cabinet built shop-blind, scribed at install with caulk
  • Insurance and homeowner scope tangled in one number
  • Trades in series — each handoff is a delay
  • Year-one callback bounces between subs
RA Contracting
What we put in writing
  • One contract across each trade in the scope
  • Same PM from demo through punch list
  • Carpenter measures the room, mills the cabinet, hangs it
  • Two numbers in writing — claim-funded and owner-funded
  • Parallel-zone schedule — kitchen demo while baths rough-in
  • Same PM, same crew, same warranty

§ 06Reach the design desk

Walk the room with the lead who would build the remodel.

Free design visit. The crew lead who would build your remodel walks the room with you, takes field measurements, and tells you what we'd scope and what the timeline looks like before any contract. Most quotes back inside 24 hours. We won't push a full gut when a refresh holds.
