HVAC sized to the house, not its square footage.
AC, heat pump, ductwork, and 24/7 emergency repair. About half of the “no cool” calls we get trace back to a leaky duct, not the unit — so we measure first and replace second. New systems get a real Manual J load calculation, not a rule of thumb.
- 01AC Installation & ReplacementManual J load calc on every change-out — never a square-footage rule of thumb
- 02Attic VentilationThe most-skipped detail on every reroof in Texas and Ohio

Two trades read. Four to go. If you already know which page your house is on, we’ll send a project manager out this week.
The exterior envelope — six trades, one elevation.
Siding, windows, paint, stucco, gutters, and rotted-wood repair. Scoped together so the elevation ages as one and the colors match. When the roof was paid by a covered claim, the rest of the envelope rides the same claim number.
Interior craft — built in the shop, set in the room.
Kitchens, baths, cabinetry, trim, paint, drywall, flooring, mold. Built by the carpenters who frame and finish each job. Same PM from demo through punch list. No subs.
When the project is bigger than a single trade.
Four programs that pull every crew under one schedule and one project manager. Each gets its own scope, its own contract, and its own PM — the same crew still does the work.
