Storms, claims, and the meeting in between

We work with adjusters,
not for them.

15+ years of watching every major carrier scope a hail claim — and watching homeowners leave four and five figures on the table when nobody at the table knows the language. We don’t negotiate your claim. We make sure you’re not negotiating it alone.

Texas claim-law compliant — by the letterRoofing contractors aren’t licensed to negotiate your claim — and we don’t pretend to be. We document, we explain, we sit beside you at the adjuster meeting. The negotiating is yours; the language is ours.
  1. I/01First walk: 4–6 hours

    Document every elevation, every slope

Drone for the front and back roof faces. Ladder where the drone misses. Thermal scan only where moisture is actually suspected — not by default. Every line item the adjuster needs, captured before they show up.

  2. I/02On-site: 60–90 minutes

Sit beside you at the adjuster meeting

You meet the adjuster on-site with us. We translate the scope, the line-items, and the back-elevation argument the adjuster won’t bring up — so you know what you’re signing before you sign it.

  3. I/03Supplement turn: ~10 days

    Point at what got missed

Most homeowners take the first offer because they don’t know what’s missing. We hand you the photo of the back elevation the adjuster skipped, the gutter detail that wasn’t scoped, the flashing line that should have been on the supplement.

  4. 14–21daysAverage claim — first documentation to closeout

Every milestone tracked in writing. You see where your claim sits, not where ours does.

What “finished” actually means.

Drag the handle and pick a side. The same execution standard runs across the roof, the siding, the HVAC return, and the kitchen punch list — we just put the roof up here because it’s the one most homeowners can see from the curb.

The punch list

Three things we measure on every job, in every trade.

P/01Roofing

Step-flashing tucked ¾″ under the siding.

Where the roof meets a wall is where the roof actually leaks. Every step-flash gets tucked — not laid on top — and the photo goes in the close-out packet.

Tolerance: ¾″ min, 1½″ preferred
P/02HVAC

Static pressure under 0.5″ WC. Rooms within 2°F.

We measure the duct system after the install — not just at the air-handler. If a back bedroom is running 4 degrees warmer, the paperwork doesn’t close.

Walk-around: every supply register, every return
P/03Cabinetry

Reveals within 1/32″ on every door, every drawer.

The reveal is the gap between the door and the frame. Out by an eighth on the third drawer is what you’ll notice every morning for ten years. We don’t hand it off until the reveal is right.

Two homeowners.
One standard.

One 2-day re-roof in Plano. One 48-hour AC swap in Highland Park, August. Same crew, same project manager, same 25-year warranty.

On craft

Replaced our entire roof in two days, and the crew left our yard cleaner than they found it. The project manager kept us updated every step with photos and progress reports.

On showing up

After our old system died in the middle of August, they had a brand-new Trane unit installed within 48 hours. The technicians were courteous, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable.

§ 06Reach the dispatch desk

Two states. One phone number. One call away.

Free inspection. Written, line-item quote — usually back inside 24 hours. We will defend each line at the adjuster's table when it is a claim. We won't push a service you do not need.
